There were 5 people involved during the "in-house" stages of our project. A list follows:

Jeremy Storch
Jeremy Storch - producer, songwriter, keyboardist, lead vocalist

MIchael Tyler
Michael Tyler - co-producer, arranger, keyboardist, technician, copyist, graphic artist (and author of this article)

Liz Johnson
Liz Johnson - background vocalist

Cheryl Tyler
Cheryl Tyler - background vocalist

Brandon Tyler

Brandon Tyler - trumpet

As you see from the above list of duties, Jeremy and I served in several capacities. This was a fantastic learning experience for both of us, not to mention saving us a lot of money compared to hiring outside help. One of the highlights of this project was the satisfaction of being able to do everything ourselves.

Our first step was to decide which songs (and how many) to include on the album. Jeremy is one of those "prolific" songwriters, so we didn't lack for choices. With several albums already under his belt, Jeremy's experience led him to choose a general theme first, then make his song selections based upon that theme. This was a Christian album with Messianic lyrics and style.

Jeremy toggled between two overall themes - "He Reigns" and "His Love Endures Forever." Ultimately, "He Reigns" became the theme, the title song, and the title of the album. We decided to choose a total of 10 songs for the entire project.
